Kristin has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years across a variety of settings and populations. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, mood instability/disorders, self-harm, suicidality, psychosis, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and family dysregulation. She is skilled in using therapeutic models such as Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but recognizes the importance in applying practical life skills and holistic approaches. Kristin’s goal is to assist a patient in recognizing where their life has gotten out of balance and how they can bring it back to a place they find comfortable or somewhere new. She obtained both her Bachelor’s and Graduate degrees from the University of Utah.
