Intensive Treatment Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Mental Health IOP – Starts April 3, 2019
Scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM-12 PM for 8 weeks beginning April 3, 2019
Our collaborative, hands-on Intensive Outpatient Programs are designed to give patients the tools they need to accelerate their growth and healing. Our IOPs are lead by two therapists, a LMFT and a LCSW. Daily IOP activities include meditation, group therapy, journaling, and art therapy. After IOP completion, patients are advised to continue the journey with their current Therapist. Most commercial insurances are accepted.

Tried and tried again? The IOP track for Substance Abuse incorporates a holistic approach to your healing. There are many factors contributing to substance use and abuse and it affects your whole being. Incorporating yoga, meditation, mindfulness, exercise, and various outings in the mountains gives Aloha’s IOP a different approach incorporating your whole body in treatment. Having access to some of the most experienced physicians and therapists in the mental health area, your healing and well being are forefront in our treatment.
