DJ Ballingham is a highly experienced healthcare professional specializing in primary care services, behavioral health, and addiction treatment. With a holistic approach to patient care, DJ firmly believes in addressing both physical and mental health conditions to ensure comprehensive wellness.

DJ began his career by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Weber State University. He spent seven years practicing as a Registered Nurse in various settings, including Pediatrics, Medical/Surgical Care, and Cardiac Care. Building upon his foundation in nursing, DJ pursued further education, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. He furthered his training by completing the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at West Virginia University.

With over 20 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, DJ has developed expertise in Emergent/Urgent Medicine, Family Medicine, and Behavioral Health/Addiction Medicine. He has a passion for treating individuals of all ages and backgrounds, emphasizing personalized care and effective communication.

In addition to his clinical skills, DJ is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. He is honored to be part of our multidisciplinary team, serving the communities of Northern Utah with dedication and compassion.
