Reena, is a distinguished Associate Clinical Director, Therapist, and Administrative Leader with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Idaho State University and her Master’s of Social Work from Walla Walla College. Her academic foundation supports her extensive career in integrating behavioral health services across diverse settings.

Reena’s career spans educational, inpatient, and outpatient environments, where she has developed a comprehensive skill set in addressing the multifaceted needs of individuals and families. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, abuse, grief, family conflict, and the social and environmental stressors associated with poverty, homelessness, and oppression. Reena is especially passionate about integrating behavioral health services with primary care and other medical disciplines to provide holistic, coordinated care for all patients.

In her role as Associate Clinical Director, Reena plays a pivotal leadership role in the integration of behavioral health services across the organization. She is responsible for overseeing the coordination of clinical operations, ensuring that best practices in behavioral health care are consistently followed, and that services are delivered in a patient-centered, multidisciplinary manner. Reena’s leadership extends to program development, staff supervision, strategic planning, and quality assurance. In her quality assurance role, she ensures that the organization’s clinical operations adhere to the highest standards of care, continuously monitoring and improving processes to maintain excellence in service delivery.

As a therapist, Reena adopts a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, focusing on building resilience and empowering her patients. She is committed to fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, essential for facilitating meaningful change and healing. Her clinical practice incorporates a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
