Jen has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong focus on creating positive patient experiences and supporting integrated care teams. She has worked closely with DJ throughout much of her career, and since joining Aloha in 2020, she has seamlessly transitioned into the role of Practice Manager. Jen plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that both behavioral health and medical teams collaborate effectively to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Jen’s dedication to behavioral health integration ensures that each patient’s experience is both efficient and compassionate, helping them feel valued and supported throughout their care journey. She understands the importance of creating an environment where both mental and physical health needs are addressed holistically. Through her warm, approachable personality and strong organizational skills, Jen fosters open communication between patients, providers, and support staff, ensuring that all aspects of care are aligned and that patients receive the attention and support they deserve.

In her role, Jen is also actively involved in quality assurance efforts to ensure that the practice adheres to the highest standards of care. She helps monitor the effectiveness of services, identify areas for improvement, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Jen works diligently to streamline operational processes while ensuring that patient care remains consistent, effective, and of the highest quality.

Outside of her professional life, Jen enjoys spending time with her daughters and family, finding balance and recharging in ways that enhance her ability to bring empathy, efficiency, and dedication to her role. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and integrated care environment, along with her focus on quality assurance, makes her an essential part of the Aloha team.
