Find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or stressed muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. Beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain.

Relax and refresh with this 30 minute, focused therapeutic massage.

CHAKRA ENERGY HEALING
Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions.  Energy healing may be sought for a range of maladies from depression and chronic back pain to remedying the adverse effects of long-term medical treatment. Our Chakra Energy Healer is formally trained in the use of holistic approaches to restore balance to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.

To an extent, energy healing is subjective. You must be open to receiving help from the energy healer.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology Therapies are natural therapeutic methods derived from this study based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology therapy can relieve tension, improve circulation, & support the body’s efforts to function optimally.

CRANIOSACRAL
Craniosacral therapy is a form of bodywork using gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. This work regulates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and aids in primary respiration. This massage also relieves stress and tension.

Simple yoga for beginners. No experience necessary. Learn how to use naturally relax your mind, body, and spirit through focused breathing and gentle stretching. Can be done from a mat or a chair. We provide yoga mats if you do not have your own.

MEDITATION

Our guided meditation class focuses on breathing and mindfulness. You’ll learn how to naturally rid yourself of anxiety, negativity, and fear.
