Simple yoga for beginners. Designed with more yoga poses than the relax and restore class to push you just a little. No experience necessary.

LAUGHTER YOGA

Do you know how to laugh? Really laugh from your belly until your sides hurt? They say laughter is the best medicine, so why not add this to your health routine?


MEDITATION

Meditation can help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the purpose of the transforming meditations. This 30 minute class focuses on breathing and finding a state of relaxation. 

BEGINNING HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

BOXING FOR BEGINNERS

With dumbbells and kettlebells, strengthen your body with this basic weight class. This class is a full body circuit training with kettlebells and boxing basics. You will learn simple kettlebell moves and learn how to box with detailed mitt work. This class is a perfect balance of cardio and weights for beginners.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
De-stress and unwind during this full-body massage with light to medium pressure. This massage will soothe your body and mind, transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation.
 
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. This service is beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain.
 
FOCUS MASSAGE
Refresh with this focused therapeutic massage. Your therapist will work on a specific area of tension. This is a great service if you are limited on time or don’t want a full-body massage.
 
CHAKRA/CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal healers focus on discovering the imbalances in the body and spirits energy flows then repairing blockages and re-balancing the energy flow. The first step is understanding which chakra(s) are out of balance.  We find places of stress and without touching the body we send energy into the area to help it relax. This is helpful to do a full body scale of blockage in the chakras, then we can focus on those troubled areas and help the body let it go. Crystals help bring positive energy and can help the body go into a deeper state of relaxation.This is a great add on or just by itself.
 
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an alternative therapeutic treatment based on the idea that areas of the feet, hands, and ears are connected to other areas of the body. According to reflexology, pressure applied to the right reflex points can correct problems with correlating body parts, organs and joints. Choose the hand, feet or both.
 
CRANIOSACRAL
Uses gentle touch to manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. This will help with getting the cerebrospinal fluid back on a regular path to flow more smoothly instead of sporadic. We also work with the neck head and mouth to help further relaxation. If normal massage is too intense or you want to work up to a full body massage, this is a great way to start.
