Yoga, Meditation, and Kickboxing Classes

RELAX & RESTORE

This class combines gentle yoga with meditation. Learn how to naturally relax your mind, body, and spirit through focused breathing and gentle stretching. Designed for the very beginner yoga student. We provide yoga mats if you do not have your own.

KICKBOXING PROGRAM

Our 8 week kickboxing programs hold 1 class a week and are taught by MMA professional fighter and coach, Jarrett Kelton.  You’ll master your mind, body, and spirit through physical strength, achieve a total body workout, and learn self defense.  Participants must bring full boxing gloves and shin guards to each class.

MEDITATION

Our guided meditation class focuses on breathing and mindfulness. You’ll learn how to naturally rid yourself of anxiety, negativity, and fear.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Simple yoga for beginners. No experience necessary. Learn how to use naturally relax your mind, body, and spirit through focused breathing and gentle stretching. Can be done from a mat or a chair. We provide yoga mats if you do not have your own.
