Hilary graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 and went on to earn her Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2019. She brings a broad range of experience from working with at-risk youth, individuals experiencing homelessness, those struggling with substance abuse, and sexual offenders. This diverse background has shaped her ability to work with a wide spectrum of behavioral health challenges. Her holistic, integrated approach emphasizes the connection between emotional, mental, and social well-being, ensuring that each aspect of her clients’ health is addressed.
As a behavioral health provider, Hilary is passionate about creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to begin their healing process. She specializes in trauma-informed care, understanding the profound impact that past trauma can have on mental health. Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, Hilary helps clients process their experiences and develop the skills needed for lasting positive change. Her approach incorporates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to address a wide variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Hilary is actively involved in quality assurance efforts, ensuring that the services provided meet the highest standards of care.
