Hilary graduated from Weber State University with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2016. She then went onto her Master’s degree at Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated in 2019. In Hilary’s social work background, she has worked with troubled at-risk youth, homelessness, substance abuse, and sexual offenders. Hilary strives to create a therapeutic environment where her clients feel safe and can start the healing process from their trauma. Hilary practices trauma informed techniques to aid in the healing process and changing your mindset to live a more positive happier life. She utilizes the techniques of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other frameworks to assist her clients in meeting their therapeutic goals.
