Hello! My name is Diana Daimon and I am a board certified social worker. I love helping people find meaning in their lives. As my favorite psychiatrist/author Viktor Frankl wrote “We cannot avoid suffering but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward”. On our journey together, I hope to help you overcome the obstacles in your life and live a life that is meaningful to you. Whether you suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or other issues, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental place that we can work on coping strategies and your goals together.

I have worked in the field of mental health in a variety of settings. I specialize in depression, anxiety, substance use, and chronic pain in adults. I use a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build your skills.

Change is difficult and I commend you for taking this step to try to improve your life. As the famous author and spiritual leader Dalai Lama says, “I believe that the very purpose of our life is to seek happiness (and)….the ultimate source of happiness is within us”. I look forward to going on this journey with you to fid the source of happiness within you!
