Alexsis Allred, CSW, is a Certified Social Worker who earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Weber State University and her master’s degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University. She welcomes clients of all ages, believing that meeting individuals where they are is crucial to the healing process. Alexsis specializes in supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate the complexities of life transitions, fostering emotional insight and a strong sense of identity.
With a deep passion for empowering teens, Alexsis helps her clients manage their emotions, cultivate healthy friendships, and discover their true selves and aspirations. She also enjoys guiding young adults as they embark on their journey to independence, balancing work, relationships, and personal objectives while establishing direction and stability.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
